If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my watch in to essentially have a ilnk replaced (I even took all the required parts with me) but the guy refused to do it. If I understood the reason correctly, I believe it was because he couldn't be bothered. Marvelous.
Changed my watch battery- not cheaply. However, the back screws of the cap seem to have been damaged and the lid does not close properly- it is not tight and I can put my nail under it. No wonder he said it might not be water resistant anymore... he hasn't even closed it properly meaning the parts inside are not even fit into place. Horrible... wouldn't recommend just go to another shop.
went with a simple spring repair to a small bedside clock, it was a silver art deco clock so i think that may influenced him when he quoted £195.00 to repair :) he then went on to explain how it was 5 hrs work and he had to undo the clock to get inside blah blah blah, if i had a spring its a 10min job worth £20 max.
